Our family heritage
We are a privately owned apartment building. The owners, James Smith and Scott Pearson, bought the school in 2011. They soon turned the old school into apartments for a new beginning for this 100 year old piece of North Dakota history.
A new beginning
We are Pet Friendly (limit of 3 pets), Free on-site laundry, Free WIFI Internet, a Park for kids, Fire pit for tenants (when there isn’t a ban/drought), big yard and a basketball court. We sign Month to Month leases; Mandatory 3 Month stay to get deposit back.
